FreeWoolston Brass presents “Virtuoso Brass” on Saturday 1st July 2023, 9.00am to approximately 12 noon in Ron Ball Studio (CSO Centre).
Featuring Woolston Brass soloists accompanied by piano at the Ron Ball Studio (CSO Centre, entrance corner of Colombo Street and Kilmore Street). Adjudicated by Brisbane based Euphonium Soloist, Educator and Conductor Dr Fletcher Mitchell, this event is Woolston Brass’ annual solo competition and a chance for the soloists to perform before the National Brass Band Championship solo events in Dunedin. Free entry and permissible between solo performances. Please see attached solo performance order and music selection.
