Semi-Finalists Please see attached link which details the names of the National Concerto Competition Semi-Finalists.  The Semi-Finals are being held at The Grange Theatre, Middleton Grange Performing Arts, 27 Arthur Street, Upper Riccarton at 7.00 p.m. tonight (Friday 11th December).
