Waimakariri Community Arts Council presents “Cathy Irons in Douce Ambiance” on Sunday 28th July 2024, 4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.at Chamber Gallery Rangiora Library, 141 Percival Street, Rangiora.

In this extraordinary concert, versatile violinist Cathy Irons together with top Christchurch jazz musicians, Dan Robertson (piano) and Dougal Canard (double bass, guitar), explore the vibrancy and versatility of the violin, traveling through different times and genres.
Come along for a wonderful selection of music from Baroque to Piazzolla, and enjoy the the joyful sounds of Riverdance and gypsy on the way.
Douce Ambiance literally means Sweet Sounds and the ensemble are poised to captivate audiences with their warm tones and creative musicianship.
