Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre presents “Chicks From Corea – Jazz Combo” on Tuesday 29th August 2023, 1.10pm to 1.50pm at Great Hall, Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre, 2 Worcester Boulevard, Christchurch

‘Chicks From Corea’ aims to perform their own unique take on Jazz with a set list comprising of a variety of music, ranging from classic standards to the works of modern artists and their own compositions.

Burnside High School student performing include – Dylan Blundell (Drums), Dylan Jonkers (Bass), Monet Schutte (Vocals, Saxophone), Jacob Mullen (Guitar), William Kao (Trombone, Piano).

This concert is part of the Rising Stars Concert Series 2023. A new Tuesday lunchtime concert series that’s encouraging, supporting, nurturing and providing a performance platform for emerging young musicians.
