The Otautahi Vocal Ensemble presents “Illuminare” on Sunday 26th May 2024, 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. at Aldersgate Centre, 309 Durham Street, Christchurch.

Join The Ōtautahi Vocal Ensemble for our debut concert, Illuminare, featuring the NZ premiere of Elaine Hagenberg’s Illuminare alongside a selection of songs designed to showcase the many forms of spirituality.
The Ōtautahi Vocal Ensemble was founded earlier this year to fill a gap in the Christchurch choral scene – a group for “young professionals”, nominally 20-40, to come together and sing meaningful music. Our members work in all fields of life – science, the arts, education, government – and have a mutual love of making and sharing music.
