Operatunity – Opera to Popera – 11.00am to 12.30 p.m.

This concert showcases the best of the traditional operatic repertoire which today is featured in adverts, movies, or in sports events that have made these great parts of our every day musical life, coupled with popera which encompasses the crossover songs that have been made famous in more recent times by the likes of Andre Bocelli, Andre Rieu, Sarah Brightman, Josh Groban, Russell Watson and Il Divo.

Songs like The Lakme Duet (British Airways advert) and Nessum Dorma (soccer world cup) have become instantly recognised because of their promotional use, but are equally famous in the operatic world.  That’s because they are fabulous songs!

We feature the best of the best with four great soloists in a powerful concert of solos, ensembles and lots of part singing!

Concerts commence at 11.00 a.m.  Concerts are approximately one and half hours long with lunch included in the ticket price.
