Christchurch City Choir presents “Brahms’ A German Requiem” on Saturday 9th October 2021, 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. at Douglas Lilburn Auditorium, Christchurch Town Hall.

Christchurch City Choir returns to the Christchurch Town Hall to perform Brahms’ magnificent A German Requiem to conclude the celebration of the Choir’s 30th anniversary year. Conductor John Linker and the Choir are thrilled to be working alongside the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, choral scholarship recipients and guests as well as soloist, Bass Paul Whelan, Soprano Elizabeth Mandeno and Organist Martin Setchell. It will certainly be a moving performance, sung to mark the first decade of the Canterbury earthquakes.
