Pettman Open Chamber Music presents Trinity Trio, a remarkable group which formed at the University of Auckland’s School of Music more than three years ago and combines the extraordinary talents of sister’s violinist Stella Kim and cellist Sally Kim as well as gifted pianist Tina Kim.

The three musicians have already performed all around the world taking the stage at festivals and concerts in London, Edinburgh and Thailand.  Trinity Trio also won the prestigious Pettman/ROSL Arts International Scholarship in 2013.

These brilliant young artists will showcase their remarkable abilities during the Trinity Trio Winter Concert Series with six concerts in Auckland and Canterbury throughout May and July 2015.

Pettman Open Chamber Music Director Wolfgang Kraemer said the performances will reveal the exceptional abilities of these three young musicians.

“The concert series will feature high-quality music by some extremely talented and well-educated young performers who have a real dedication to make beautiful music in a range of styles”, he said.

“The Trinity Trio has a very bright future ahead of them.  We are delighted to be able to bring their talents to the stage for audiences in both Auckland and Canterbury.  This is a wonderful opportunity to see some exceptional musicians at work”.
