Garden City Orchestra presents: Handels Massive Messiah Sing-a-long” on Saturday 5th December 2015, 7.30 p.m at Church of St Michael and All Angels, Durham Street, Christchurch.
Tickets sold at the door – Adults $15.00; Children/Concession $10.00
Garden City Orchestra, collaborating with University of Canterbury’s School of Music Voice Department, and various community and church choirs, will perform excerpts from Handel’s masterpiece. Bring your own score to sing along favourites like “Hallelujah Chorus”; “For Unto Us a Child is Born” and “All We Like Sheep” to usher in this Christmas season. Or just come and enjoy the fine music and atmosphere of the historic building.
